From raw layer lines to showroom-ready.

Raw print

As-printed. Layer lines visible, support material removed, sharp edges cleaned. Ideal for speed, maximum dimensional accuracy, or DIY post-processing.

Sealed

A clear sealer coat over the raw print. Locks layer lines in place, adds a uniform sheen, and improves moisture and UV resistance without altering geometry.

Sanded

Progressive wet sanding from coarse to fine. Layer lines smoothed without adding material, preserving sharp corners. Matte to semi-gloss, ready for paint or use as-is.

Primed

Sanded, then high-build sandable primer. Fills micro-texture, gives a consistent base for paint adhesion, and reveals any remaining imperfections for correction.

Vapour-smoothed

Acetone vapour re-flows the outer layer of ABS and ASA prints for a near-injection-moulded finish with outstanding surface continuity and no material removal.
